The nose is elegant, rich, soft and aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, cassis and fine touches of black berries, black cherries combined with a hint of violet, graphite, Zan as well as a discreet note of Sichuan pepper and a few fine notes of toasted oak. The palate is fruity, mineral, tight, silky, suave, relatively fat and offers elegance, a good structure and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis cream and liquorice combined with woody notes and a fine note of violet. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length.
