The nose is complex and elegant. It reveals notes of candied black fruits, cassis, spice and pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, tense and offers a silky texture. In the mouth it expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry and slight notes of black berry associated with some toasty/woody notes and a touch of coffee / dark chocolate. Tannins are well built, soft and silky. There is small austerity in the mouth provided by the oak. Good length.
