The nose is slightly tight and offers a very fine power as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, violet and small notes of strawberry associated with fine hints of small blue fruits as well as discreet hints of nutmeg, toasted and a discreet hint of tea/liquorice. The palate is fresh and offers a juicy/acidulous frame as well as a fine richness/pulpiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysen berries, crunchy/juicy raspberry and small notes of blue fruits associated with fine touches of violet/cornflowers as well as hints of chocolate and vanilla. Tannins are very slightly tight and dry.
