The nose is peppery, spicy, frank and offers a smoky side. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild raspberry and small notes of cubeb pepper, associated with touches of sweet tobacco, a hint of spices, as well as a subtle hint of clove. The palate is well-built, fresh, juicy, it offers a fresh frame, acidity and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of small red fruits, combined with touches of minerality, violet/iris, as well as fine hints of camphor and clove. A hint of bourbon vanilla in the background. The tannins are precise and mellow. Finely tight on the finish.
