The nose is fresh, racy and offers a certain elegance, good definition as well as a discreet sappy/peppery side (in the background). We find notes of candied orange, kumquat and more slightly – small bright yellow fruits associated with touches of pulpy vine peach, hints of zest, spices as well as a discreet sappy hint of verbena, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandise, a tangy structure, energy, a lovely roundness, a certain purity as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/tart kumquat, crystallized mandarin and small notes of orangette associated with touches of pineapple, tangy/crunchy peach as well as fine hints of verbena and a fine hint of spices. Good length. Suavity.
