The palate is fruity and offers a racy minerality, freshness, a fresh/finely acidulous frame, elegance as well as a beautiful balance, a fine incisive side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lime, small notes of candied vine peach associated with touches of pear in syrup, lychee, quenette as well as fine hints of lemon flowers, discreet hints of acacia, toasted and fresh vanilla pod. Good length.
