The nose is fruity, fine, concentrated, aromatic and intense. It reveals notes of pear in syrup, flowers and slight notes of candied lemon associated with a hint of pineapple as well as a subtle hint of white flowers and a subtle toasted hint/vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight tension, a very beautiful acid frame (on citrus), suavity, a nice definition as well as straightness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy ripe lemon and juicy ripe clementine associated with slight notes of pineapple in syrup, pear in syrup, a discreet hint of quenette, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of toffee and Bourbon vanilla. Good length and beautiful persistence.
