The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, gourmand, precise and offers a beautiful juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, freshness, richness as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystalized mandarine and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with touches of crystalized green apple, very fine touches of lemon flowers, exotic fruits as well as fine hints of fresh quince, almond and very discreet hints of vanilla (in the background). Good length.
