The nose is fruity, aromatic, fresh and mineral. It reveals notes of exotic fruits and fine notes of lemon combined with slight notes of lemon zest, discreet notes of mandarin zests as well as slight touches of eucalyptus / pine, minerality and a touch of fresh Granny Smith apple. The palate is fruity, balanced and offer bold, lively acidity, freshness and a nice fat (stirring the lees). On the palate this wine shows notes of lemon, lime zest and a thin green apple peak associated with small notes of exotic fruits. Good length.
