The nose is fruity and offers power and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of Cuben pepper associated with fine touches of crushed strawberry, crushed blueberry as well as fine touches of caramelization, hazelnut/toasted almond and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/acidulous blackberry and small notes of juicy/acidulous red fruits associated with fine touches of violet, almond as well as very discreet toasted hints.
