The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, roundness, good definition, a certain aromatic purity, fat, a nice tangy frame as well as richness all in balance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied peach, stewed apple and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of lemon, quenette as well as a discreet hint of crunchy nectarine and fine hints of honey / pâtisseries. Presence of a subtle hint of candied bitter orange on the finish / persistence.
