The nose is fruity and offers a slight minerality as well as very slight intensity. It reveals notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry and slight touches of crushed blackberry combined with a subtle toasted hint and an imperceptible touch of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight suavity, freshness, a good structure, a slight concentration and a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, crushed redcurrant and slight notes of blackberry associated with a hint of cherry as well as an imperceptible toasted hint. Tannins are very fine, a bit tight and a bit dry. There is an imperceptible touch of vanilla on the aftertaste.
