The nose offers a fine freshness and a small power. It reveals notes of small wild berries, lily as well as very fine hints of grey pepper, a discreet hint of tobacco and an imperceptible hint of clove. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, well-squarred, discreetly tight in the construction/structure and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine tension as well as roudness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, fleshy blackberry, small notes of fresh raspberry associated with small touches of fresh violet, gravels, nutmeg, tobacco and an imperceptible hint of mushroom/clove (in the background). Tannins are precise and well-built.
