It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied peach and crunchy white fruits/nectarine associated with fine touches of flowers as well as discreet touches of minerality (in the background), dry apricot/dry mango as well as fine hints of almond and honey. The palate is fresh (a very beautiful freshness), fruity, well-balanced, elegant, aery, gourmand, precise and offers a very beautiful delicacy, an acid frame, intensity, fat, a beautiful finesse, richness, a beautiful fullness, an aery sensation as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, dry apricot and more slightly syrup peach, roasted pineapple associated wwith fine touches of mango, white flowers, discreet touches of almond as well as a very discreet touche of quenette, candied kumquat, dry fruits, honey and an imperceptible hint of spices/all spices. Good length and beautiful persistence. There are hints of spices and a subtle hint of candied ginger on the persistence.
