The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely tight, elegant and offers a good definition, juiciness, a beautiful tension, finesse, a beautiful freshness, dynamism, racy minerality as well as a beautiful gourmand material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized/ripe lemon, crunchy/crystalized green apple and small notes of crunchy/crystalized vine peach associated with fine touches of crunchy pineapple, honey, discreet touches of kumquat as well as subtle hints of sweet spices, candied ginger and very discreet hints of nutmeg (in the background). Good length.
