The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant and offers a very beautiful finesse. It reveals notes of lemon and quince associated with beautiful notes of mandarin, pear as well as a hint of fresh apricot, gingerbread and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palates is fruity, well-balanced and offers a very beautiful finesse/delicacy (silk!), a beautiful fat, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition/structure, a beautiful tension as well as a beautiful acid/fresh frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon and pear associated with slight hints of quince, nuts, mandarin, citrus as well as a very discreet hint of pineapple in the background, vanilla (in the background) and pâtisseries on the finish. Good length. A very beautiful wine!
