The nose reveals notes of cassis, wild strawberry and fine notes of chocolate, toasted associated with very discreet touches of Cuben pepper, flowers, racy minerality as well as imperceptible hint of tea and almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight, harmonious and offers a good definition, a fine fleshness, a mineral frame as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and more slightly cherry associated with discreet touches of flowers, fleshy cassis as well as subtle touches of liquorice, racy minerality, chocolate, toastes, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
