The nose is aromatic and offers a slight power. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis, crushed raspberry slight touches of ripe / crushed redcurrant combined with discreet racy minerality, graphite, cornflower/ violet, slight touches of Zan, a very slight hint of Tonka bean as well as an imperceptible touch of gray pepper (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of ripe pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, silky, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight suavity, freshness, tension as well as a good acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, black cherry, redcurrant and slight notes of wild raspberry combined with slight / discreet touches of colas / liquorice, toasted touches as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
