The nose is elegant, precise, racy and offers a beautiful definition/deepness, power as well as precision and freshness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of ripe wild blackberry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of pulpy cherry associated with touches violet, cornflower, pepper as well as hints of vanilla, liquorice and a very discreet hint of cocoa. The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate and offers a beautiful power (full of control), energy, dynamism and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of unctuous raspberry, cornflower, small bright/pulpy blue frutis as well as a subtle hint of lilac, liquororce, hints of vanilla, toasted and a very discreet hint of hazelnut. Tannins are elegant, beautifully built and very finely firm. A beautiful grain in the finish/persistence.
