The nose is racy. There are notes of fresh blackberry, racy minerality and more slightly peppery notes combined with delicate touches of juicy red fruit as well as fine zan and a very discreet hint of blond tobacco (in the background). The palate is fruity, balanced, discreetly tight and offers freshness, minerality, harmony, a juicy/fresh structure, good definition and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidic blackcurrant, pulpy/acidic redcurrant and more lightly fresh flowers (almost fresh iris) combined with hints of juicy/fresh blackberry, hints of cocoa as well as a subtle hint of camphor (in the background) and fresh buds.
