The nose is fruity and fresh, with a discreet sappy, spicy character. It reveals notes of pulpy strawberry, small bright red berries and small notes of violet, associated with delicate hints of almost pulpy blueberry, lily as well as discreet hints of sweet pepper and sweet spices. The palate is well-built, fresh, supple, elegant and airy with delicate richness, gourmandise and fleshiness/pulpiness. It expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy cherry, fresh raspberry and small notes of fresh lily, fresh lilac as well as fine hints of almost pulpy violet plum, nutmeg, clove and very discreet hints of sweet spice and eucalyptus. Good length. Tannins are supple and gourmand. Dark chocolate/toasted persistence.
