The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of juicy cassis, raspberry and small notes of flowers (violet, a hint of iris) associated with fine hints of liquorice and very discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of fresh leather. The palate is fruity precise, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, minerality, a mineral frame and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and sall notes of fleshy small berries associated with a touch of griotte, violet as well as very fine hints of liquorice and toasted. Good length and persistence. Tannins are very finely firm. An imperceptible hint of roasted (in the background) and grilled on the aftertaste.
