The nose is fruity, aromatic and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of ripe/fleshy strawberry, blackberry and slight hints of ripe/fresh raspberry associated with a discreet hint of flowers, chocolate as well as a few discreet oaky hints and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper/sweet spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful fat associated with minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe blackberry, ripe/fresh strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a discreet hint of fresh cherry, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and a very discret hint of licorice. Tannins are fine, well-built and slightly dry. Good length.
