The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of cassis and wild berries associated with slight notes of wild strawberries as well as discreet spicy hints. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a slight straightness, a good maturity as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, blackberry, cassis and slight notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of tobacco, liquorice as well as a subtle hint of chocolate. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. The finish is slightly powerful.
