Château du Paradis 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fresh, gourmand and offers a little richness, precision, good definition. It expresses notes of pulpy/ripe cherry, roasted strawberry and more slightly – pulpy blackcurrant associated with touches of blueberry, fresh blond tobacco as well as hints of nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, a little fat, a certain gourmandise, tension, precision. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and more slightly – fleshy cherry associated with touches of blueberry as well as hints of chocolate, sweet blond tobacco and a hint of camphor and cocoa. The tannins are supple and soft. Freshness and deliciousness, finesse in its richness and breadth in an airy side.
