The nose is aromatic, spicy and offers freshness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and black berries associated with small notes of red berries, black pepper, spices as well as very discreet hints of minerality (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of graphite. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, fluid and offers a good definition, fat as well as a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and more slightly cassis associated with touches of liquorice stick, toasted oak as well as subtle/discreet touches of vanilla and mocha. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Very fine power on the finish.
