The wine has a beautiful ruby color. The nose is fresh, minty, and aromatic. There are notes of fresh fruit like strawberry and raspberry, but also crisp plum and juicy black cherry. There is a hint of pepper and fresh vanilla. The second nose opens with a beautiful minty freshness, almost a bouquet of aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh and tangy from the start. We find juicy black cherry, juicy plum, as well as fine hints of rose and peony. There is a slight roundness on the palate. The tannins are very supple. The finish is round with a lingering note of juicy cherry.
