The nose is aromatic and delicate at the same time. There are notes of crushed strawberry, crushed cassis and small notes of star anise, slight hints of citron, tabaco and a subtile hint a fresh date. The mouth is fruity, fresh, elegant, delicate, just, melodious and beautifully defined. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, crushed strawberry and small notes of citron associated with slight hints of fresh date, almost discreet juicy fig as well as slight hints of tabaco and a discreet hint of caramelisation. Melted tannins. A subtle hint of cherry stone.
