The nose is fruity, deep and spicy. It reveals notes of crushed strawberry, wild cherry and small notes of clove, associated with touches of cornflower, star anise, as well as a fine hint of pepper and a hint of almond. The palate is well-built, fresh, supple, mineral and balanced, with a fresh frame. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of roasted cherry, as well as fine almost aromatic herbs hints. Good length.
