The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is subtle and refined. It expresses notes of morello cherry, tart red cherry, red currant, raspberry coulis and crushed blueberry, as well as touches of cherry blossom, rosehip and a hint of crushed mint leaf. On the palate, the attack is round, silky and expressive. We find notes of ripe wild strawberry, roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis, crushed blueberry, morello cherry, as well as a fine floral bouquet (cherry blossom, rose, iris), a touch of mint (even chocolate with mint) and nutmeg. The tannins are velvety and soft. Lots of freshness thanks to alively acidity and notes of dried herbs (mint, thyme) on the lingering finish
