It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of plum, raspberry associated with small notes of spices, a hint of undergrowth, liquorice as well as discreet notes of spices and a very slight hint og tobacco. The mouth is fruity, relatively gourmande, relatively elegant, well-balanced, ample and offers a fine acid frame, a fine juiciness, a slight freshness, a good volume as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, black cherry and slight notes of cassis associated with hints of red berries, raspberry as well as a discreet touch of cherry, liquorice, toasted oak and a touch of vanilla. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence. There is a very discreet hint of cocoa on the persistence / aftertaste.
