The nose is relatively fruity and offers a slight power. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, boysenberry and slight woody hints, spices associated with a discreet hint of pepper and Tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a slight juiciness as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy black cherry and slight hints of raspberry, fleshy strawberry associated with hints of sweet spices, toasted oak as well as a very discreet hint of salin minerality. Tannins are very slightly dry. Good length.
