The nose is fresh, well-built and offers a certain complexity and gourmandise. It expresses notes of fresh pear, fresh almond and more slightly – small pulpy fruits associated with fine touches of passion fruit, sweet zest and has a hint of elderflower and an almost imperceptible hint of fresh butter. The palate is nicely structured, fresh, precise, tense and offers energy and harmony, gourmandise. It expresses notes of passion fruit, juicy sweet mandarin and more slightly – lemon, associated with touches of crunchy/juicy vine peach as well as fine hints of quenette, apple blossom and a subtle hint of toast. A nice savory finish. A subtle tannic hint both in the structure and in the aromatics.
