Château Doyac – Le Pélican 2024 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is fruity, offering a certain intensity, a little depth and a certain fleshiness of fruit. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy pear, nectarine and small notes of pulpy citrus, as well as a discreet hint of fresh quenette and verbena leaf. The palate is fruity, fresh and mineral, offering a little fleshy side, fine mellowness, energy and pretty definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, juicy/tangy pear and small notes of crisp vine peach, associated with fine hints of fresh apricot, mandarin as well as a touch of zest. Good length. A subtle hint of fresh sage in the background. A delicate, harmonious wine.
