The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very precise and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, energy, a beautiful definition, softness, elegance as well as a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh lemon, juicy / fresh lychee and small notes of crunchy green apple associated with touches of yuzu, lime zest, a fine hint of fresh / juicy tangerine, flowers white, toasted almonds as well as very discreet hints of verbena (in the background) and a very discreet hint of lemon seed. Presence of a very fine chew on the finish / persistence.
