The nose is fresh, fruity, precise/well-built and offers a fine racy minerality as well as a small stretched/full of length side. It reveals notes of candied pear, crystallized vine peach, small notes of lychee associated with touches of racy minerality, apple flowers, candied quince as well as discreet hints of fresh kumquat and verbena. The palate is fruity and offers a good freshness, fat, a candied fruit as well as a racy minerality and a very fine carved side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied apple, small notes of candied vine peach associated with touches of crystallized lemon, quince as well as subtle hints of candied mandarine zests, a discreet hint of roasted pineapple, nutmeg, lychee and an imperceptible hint of vanilla/coconut. A certain tension in the finish.
