The nose is fruity, racy, elegant and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of candied lemon and small notes of ripe quince associated with fine touches of pear in syrup as well as fine hints of sweet zest, racy minerality and very slight hints of yellow peach in syrup. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, good definition as well as a beautiful juicy / acidulous fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow peach in syrup, candied lemon and small notes of pineapple in syrup associated with small touches of candied apricot as well as subtle hints of sweet spices. Good length.
