The nose is fruity, tense and offers a certain intensity, concentration as well as a small stretched side. The wine should be decanted. There are notes of quince, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of nectarine associated with fine hints of apricot, beeswax as well as a subtle hint of white flowers / pistil and a very discreet hint of brioche. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a nice minerality, delicacy, gourmandize, tension, a good definition, a small richness as well as a beautiful acidulous frame. In the mouth this Barsac offers notes of pulpy / juicy apple, crushed quenette and small notes of juicy vine peach associated with small touches of apricot, a hint of lychee, apple blossom as well as a subtle hint of salinity and verbena. Good length.
