Château Doisy-Daëne 2017 – Bordeaux Blanc

The nose is aromatic, fine, straight, racy and offers a good structure. It reveals notes of zests of lemon, citrus and vine peach/nectarine associated with fine/discreet touches of zests of green apple as well as an imperceptible hint of white flowers (in the background), toasted/vanilla and almond. The palate is beautifully fresh, mineral, fullness, fat and offers unctuosity, a beautiful acid frame, a small tension, dynamism, gourmandize as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy citrus (lemon, mandarin) and touches of vine peach, pineapple associated with small touches of zests of mandarin, subtle touche of quenette as well as a very discreet/imperceptible hint of white flowers (in the background).
