It reveals notes of lime/yuzu zests, crystalized lemon and small notes of crystalized green apple associated with fine touches of small exotic fruits, litchee as well as very fine hints of nut fruits, almond, spices and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise and offers gourmandize, a small unctuosity, a fine acidulous/juicy frame as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed vine peach, crushed apple and small notes of crushed Mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of candied lemon, lemon as well as discreet hints of flowers, vanilla, honey, candied ginger and spices. Good length and persistence.
