It reveals notes of ripe cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of crushed wild strawberry associated with small touches of crushed cherry, pulpy violet plum as well as hints of almond and an imperceptible hint of roasted. The palate is fresh, elegant and offers suppleness, a beautiful juiciness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful freshness, a silky/rich/delicate touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of small crushed red berries as well as hints of violet, cornflower, zan, tobacco/cigar, fine hints of underwood, mushroom/truffle, a hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of tea. Tannins are elegant, precise and delicate. Good length. A fine saline/iodine hint on the persistence.
