The nose is fruity and offers freshness. The wine benefits from decanting. The nose is fleshy and juicy, with notes of black fruits, pulpy raspberry and slightly ripe cherry, combined with fine hints of zan, racy minerality and discreet hints of fresh flowers and a subtle hint of cumin. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandise, acidity, good definition, fleshiness, fatness and roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, crisp redcurrant and more slightly of fresh flowers, combined with touches of creamy black berries and a hint of zan, pulpy violet plum, cocoa and a subtle almost vanilla/caramelised touch. The tannins are precise and racy. Good length.
