The nose is slightly dusty. It reveals notes of blackberry, gray pepper, minerality associated with small hints of wild strawberry (in the background) as well as discreet touches of nutmeg. The palate is juicy, fresh, well-balanced, full, silky, very slightly tight and offers an acid frame, gourmandize as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy redcurrant, juicy small red fruits and more slightly blackberry associated with discreet touches of racy minerality, spices and discreet hints of coffee and gray pepper.
