On the palate this wine expresses notes of kumquat, quince, buttercup, small notes of lychee core associated with small touches of a racy minerality, fleshy apple as well as very fine hints of white flowers, mandarine flowers, a subtle hint of bee wax and an imperceptible hint of fresh nutmeg.
