The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, gourmandize, brightness, a slight salinity, a good job of bitterness, a pulpy/tangy fruit as well as a fine power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright raspberry, bright redcurrant and small notes of acidulous cassis associated with touches of juicy/fresh plum as well as slight hints of tonka bean, varietal/lilac, a subtle hint of of white pepper.
