Beautiful fruity nose that offers a slight austerity, a concentrated black fruit, some sweet spices, blond tabaco as well as a hint of violet, liquorice stick and incenses. The mouth is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness, aciduly, energy, an acidulous frame, tension and a discreetly tight tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, acidulous/ juicy cassis and small notes of violet, associated with touches of dense small black fruits as well a slight hints of cornflower, sweet blond tabaco and a discreet hint of tonka beans and slight floral hints on the finish. Good work on the good bitters. Sapid and sappy tannins.
