The nose is fresh, with spice and a fine power. There are notes of fresh blackberry, lily, peony and a little pepper combined with hints of fresh red berries and a fine touch of spice. The palate is mineral and reveals fruit, freshness, some tension and fine volume. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly fresh violet/peony combined with a touch of lily, racy minerality with fine hints of clove and toast. Good length. The tannins are discreetly pronounced.
