A complex nose combining ripe fruit, floral notes (hawthorn), wood and spices. The palate is round, blunt, fleshy and balanced. The palate is ripe black fruit on the associated (plum, blackberry) with minor notes of red fruit, sweet as well as woody spices. The oak is present but not dominant enough. The tannins are well integrated. Long finish.
