Château des Jacques – La Roche 2020 – Moulin-à-Vent

The wine needs to be decanted. On the nose, there are notes of infusion, black pepper and small notes of small fruits associated with slight toasted hints, toasted almond a discreet hint of sweet tabaco. The mouth is fruity, mineral, silky and offers a certain delicacy and harmony in its guideline. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of fleshy/ juicy plum associated with touches of toasted, sweet blond tabaco and discreet hints of toasted almond. An imperceptible almost sage/ Mediterranean hint. Good length. Tangy and mineral persistence.
