The nose is mineral, peppery and offers elegance. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, fresh wild raspberry and small notes of grey pepper associated with slight touches of cherry blossom as well as slight hints of liquorice stick and a subtle hint of warm local grove. The mouth is fruity, beautifully suave, gourmand, mouthwatering and offers a beautiful elegant and fine fat, precision and energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry and small notes of fleshy/ juicy cherry associated with touches of cherry pit, a slight hint almost roasted-juicy as well as hints of small blue fruits as well as hints of racy minerality. Slightly tight tannins. Beautiful chew and fine on the finish/ persistence.
